Although all yoga is potentially therapeutic and healing, yoga therapy is the specific application of yogic tools—postures/exercises, breathwork, meditation techniques, and more—to address an individual’s physical, mental, and emotional needs.

This is why we have developed our Online Yoga Therapy Training Program including our complete classes plus extra materials to keep the high standards that our students have enjoyed in the past years.
The trainings are multi-style and you will learn and practice Hatha Vinyasa (flow)
and
Yin Yoga.
